Terms of Use
Radeon.com, a website (the "site") owned and operated by Radeon LLC ("Radeon") and located at http://www.radeon.com. This site provides information, resources, activities, postings and other content designed for Internet users about Radeon graphics cards. These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms of Use") constitute a binding agreement between Radeon and you governing your use of the site. By visiting the site, you agree to be bound by all of the Terms of Use, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means you are just browsing the site) or a "Registered User" (which means you have registered with Radeon.com). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not register for or enter the Radeon.com site.
Radeon may modify the Terms of Use at any time, without notice. Any modifications will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after any modification will mean you agree to the Terms of Use as modified. If you do not agree to a modification, you should stop visiting the site immediately.
We at Radeon believe these Terms of Use are necessary to create a Web atmosphere in which the site�s users, content providers, and service providers may feel safe and respected. If we believe you have breached the Terms of Use, we may, without notice, suspend or terminate your ability to access the site and/or any other service, specific content, digital products, products, courses or events, provided to you by Radeon.
Registered Users
In order to use or access some of the activities and features of the Radeon.com site, you may be required to register, to provide a valid email address and other identifying information. As a Registered User, you may ask and answer questions, view details of special deals and discounts, participate in discussion forums, and use other features and services in which only Registered Users may participate.
Each Registered User selects a unique username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You may change your password at any time by updating your account profile on Radeon.com. By registering at Radeon.com, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred by any laws from using the Radeon site. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself in all required fields of the registration form. If any of your information changes, you agree to update your registration information as soon as possible. If Radeon suspects that your registration information is not complete, current, or accurate, or that you have otherwise violated these Terms of Use, your account may be subject to suspension or termination, and you may be barred from using the Radeon site.

From time to time, Radeon may make available to you certain services offered by third parties or pages of the Radeon site may include links to other parties� websites. Also, Radeon does not review all the content of these external websites and is not responsible for the quality, integrity or accuracy of information on any of the external sites or any link contained in the external sites. These links may lead unintentionally to sites containing information that some people may find inappropriate or offensive.

Radeon is the owner of this site as a whole, and of any individual content on the Web site that is provided, written or created by Radeon staff members, or contributors who provide work under contract with Radeon. All Radeon content is protected under the copyright and intellectual property laws of the United States and other countries. The Radeon site also includes works that are the property of others, such as individual contributors or experts, advertisers and exhibitors. The ideas, suggestions, opinions, comments, and observations made by the site�s users, and any text, data, photographs, video, music, sound, chat, messages, files or other material provided to us by Visitors and Registered Users are not endorsed by Radeon, and we make no guarantee regarding the reliability, accuracy, or quality of any such postings the site. Rules of Conduct
The following rules of conduct apply to your use of the site and to any and all materials you post on Radeon.com, including text, data, graphics, audio or video content, music, sound, chat, messages, files or other material, whether it is included in blogs, discussion groups, e-mails, profiles, comments, or any other portion or feature of Radeon.com.
You may not, in connection with the site:

A reasonable person would consider harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, profane, obscene, excessively violent, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way; 5. Constitutes a breach of any person�s privacy or publicity rights, a misrepresentation of facts, or hate speech; 6. Violates or encourages others to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation; 7. Promotes software or services that deliver unsolicited e-mail; or 8. Contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other similar harmful programming routines.

� You may not, except with Radeons express advance authorization or in a specially designated area, use the site to:

1. Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that provides any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email address; or 2. Engage in commercial activities within the site (such as by advertising or selling products or services, or inducing Registered Users and Visitors to the site to enroll in a promotional or money-making enterprise);

� Harm minors in any way;
� Solicit personal information from anyone under 18;
� Provide false or deceptive information;
� Use Radeon.com as a forwarding service to another site;
� Use Radeon.com content to engage in commercial activities;
� Do anything to prevent the full and complete display of advertisements on Radeon.com pages. These include, but are not limited to, making blog style changes, customizations, or overrides that effectively block or substantially impair the display of advertisements on pages within the site;

Copyright Infringement
Radeon respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Thus, in your use of and interactions with Radeon and the site, you may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any content that is copyrighted material belonging to others, without obtaining their prior written consent. Radeon reserves the right, in its discretion, to remove any postings or content if we believe it may infringe the copyright rights of others, and/or to terminate the accounts of users who we believe to be infringers.
If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Web site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us by emailing us at contact@Radeon.com.
Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Registered Users or Visitors to the Web site. Radeon reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor or take action regarding disputes between Registered Users and/or Visitors. In the event of disputes, Radeon may in its sole discretion take such action as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your account or your ability to access the site, and removing any postings or user created content.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Radeon and its subsidiaries, affiliate, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys� fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Web site, your use of the site or other Radeon services, your connection to the site, your violation of the Terms of Use or your violation of any rights of another.
Modifications to the Web Site
Radeon reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Radeon shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Web site.
Termination
Radeon may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Radeon.com account and access to the site and any other Radeon services. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to: (a) breaches or violations of the Terms of Use or other incorporated agreements or guidelines; (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies; (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions); (d) discontinuance or material modification to the site (or any part thereof); (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems; (f) extended periods of inactivity; (g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities; and/or (h) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the site or any other Radeon products or services. Termination of your Radeon account includes: (a) removal of access to all pages within the site; (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and materials, including postings associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof); and (c) barring of further use of the Web site. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Radeon�s sole discretion and that Radeon shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Web site.

Violations of These Terms of Use
Please report any violations of the Terms of Use, including objectionable user postings or behavior, to contact@preretirementlife.com. Please state the reasons for your concern and provide a link to the posting(s) or, if appropriate, the behavior in question. Upon receiving such a report of a possible violation, Radeon in its sole discretion may investigate the matter and take such action as Radeon determines to be appropriate.
No Waiver
Radeon�s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. This means that Radeon may at any time choose to take an action that it is permitted or legally entitled to take, even if Eons has not taken such an action in the past, in the same or a similar situation.
Miscellaneous
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of these Terms of Use and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind Radeon in any respect whatsoever.
These Terms of Use, accepted upon use of the Site, and all terms, guidelines and rules referenced herein contain the entire agreement between you and Radeon regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service.
You agree that the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its conflicts of laws rules, shall govern all matters relating to this Agreement. In any matter relating to your use of the Site, you and Radeon agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the city and State of Connecticut.
